1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using outreachKoi ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms form a binding agreement between you and outreachKoi.

2. The Service

outreachKoi is a LinkedIn outreach automation platform. It runs campaigns from your own browser via a Chrome extension using your existing LinkedIn session. We do not act as an agent of LinkedIn and are not affiliated with LinkedIn Corporation.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into this agreement. By using the Service you represent that you meet these requirements.

4. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful business outreach. You must not:

Send spam, unsolicited bulk messages, or messages that violate LinkedIn's User Agreement.
Use the Service to harass, defame, or harm any person.
Attempt to bypass LinkedIn's rate limits or security measures in a way that could result in LinkedIn accounts being banned.
Resell or sublicense access to the Service without written permission.
Reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from the Service.
Use the Service to collect data for purposes other than your own outreach campaigns.

5. LinkedIn compliance

You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of outreachKoi complies with LinkedIn's User Agreement and Professional Community Policies. outreachKoi makes no guarantee that automated outreach will not result in restrictions on your LinkedIn account. We recommend staying within LinkedIn's published weekly invitation limits and avoiding aggressive messaging volumes.

6. Subscription and billing

The Service is billed monthly via Dodo Payments. Prices are shown at signup and on the Settings page.
A 7-day free trial is offered at signup. You will not be charged until the trial ends.
You may cancel at any time via the "Manage subscription" button in Settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — no refunds for the remaining period.
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice by email.

7. Your content

You retain ownership of the campaign data, lead lists, and messages you create. By using the Service you grant us a limited licence to store and process this content solely to provide the Service. We do not use your content to train AI models.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that LinkedIn will not restrict accounts that use automation tools. Results from outreach campaigns vary and we make no guarantees regarding reply rates, conversions, or business outcomes.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, outreachKoi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or LinkedIn account access, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or use the Service in a way that risks harm to other users or to LinkedIn's platform. You may close your account at any time from Settings.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will email you at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which outreachKoi is registered. Any disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration or in the courts of that jurisdiction.
