By accessing or using the Outreach Koi platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Outreach Koi provides real-time AI avatar video generation via API and dashboard. The Service includes GPU-accelerated video rendering, conversation pipeline integration, and account management tools.
You must create an account via our authentication provider to access the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.
API keys are issued to authenticate your requests. You must keep your keys secret. You are responsible for all usage incurred through your API keys. Compromised keys should be revoked immediately from your dashboard.
Paid plans are billed monthly through our payment processor. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. Minutes are tracked to the second against real avatar-connected time; cold starts and queue waits are not counted. Unused minutes do not roll over.
You may cancel or change your subscription at any time from your account page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

The Service, including its software, models, and content, is owned by Outreach Koi and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any prompts, scripts, or conversation flows you create through the Service.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and store data. By using the Service, you consent to the practices described therein.
We strive for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or due to circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any downtime.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Outreach Koi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, arising from your use of the Service.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for conduct we deem harmful to the Service or other users. You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting us.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the Service. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Outreach Koi operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
