How billing works
Each plan is a flat monthly subscription that includes a set number of minutes, tracked to the second against real avatar-connected time — worker cold-start and queue wait are never counted. Once a month's included minutes are used, new sessions are paused until the next billing cycle or an upgrade; your existing sessions in progress are never interrupted mid-call. Manage, upgrade, or cancel your subscription anytime from your account page.
