How do I connect the Chrome extension to my account?

Go to your dashboard → Settings → Chrome Extension section → click 'Reveal token' → copy the token → paste it into the extension popup and click Connect.

Why is the extension not finding profiles on LinkedIn search?

LinkedIn occasionally updates their page structure. Make sure you: (1) are on a LinkedIn people search page (/search/results/people/), (2) have refreshed the tab after installing/updating the extension, and (3) are using the latest version of the extension.

Why does the extension say 'Could not establish connection'?

This means the content script isn't running on that tab. Hard-refresh the LinkedIn tab (Cmd+Shift+R on Mac, Ctrl+Shift+R on Windows) after reloading the extension in chrome://extensions.

Can the same lead be in multiple campaigns?

Yes — a lead can be in multiple campaigns, but not two active or paused campaigns at the same time. Once a campaign is completed, the same lead can be added to a new campaign.

Will my LinkedIn account get banned?

How does Goal Mode work?

Goal Mode uses Claude AI to manage the full conversation on your behalf. You set a goal (e.g. 'book a demo call') and the AI decides when to follow up, what to say, and when the goal has been achieved.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Go to Settings → Your Plan → click 'Manage subscription'. This opens the Stripe billing portal where you can cancel anytime. You'll retain access until the end of your billing period.

Why are my leads showing addresses in the Company field?

This was a scraping issue with LinkedIn's updated DOM. Make sure you're using the latest version of the extension (v1.1.0+). Update via chrome://extensions → reload the extension.
